Just plug it in and start enjoying your favorite game. The

Can you pre-install
my favorite game?
We can install the games listed on the product page, as these
are all licensed titles. We may occasionally have additional licensed
games that are not listed on our website, call to inquire. Remember, you can
always add additional games to
your arcade once it arrives.

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your arcade

How easy is the software to setup?
The software we include is already pre-setup. You can even add new games
directly from the internet. If you have any difficulties you
can always contact us for help.
How do I setup MAME32?
MAME32 is already preconfigured. All you need to do
is tell the software where
your ROMS are located. Make sure your ROM's come from a legal
source. Of course, there are also lots of options
to configure the software and the games, which we can help you
with.
How do I add more games?
You can get ROM's from websites such as MAMEDev.org to use with
MAME32. There are also other emulated and ported collections of games available
that work great with our arcades.
What if I can’t
add games myself?
We have never had a customer that we have not been able to add games to our
arcades. In fact 95% of most questions can be solved
over e-mail. If you still have trouble after e-mailing our support
we will give you a case# and instructions for calling support so
we can walk you through setting everything up.
What comes on your free software disk?
The software disk includes various program and utilities, including the Ultimarc
configuration program as well as documentation and help files.

features an adjustable shelf system to fit most monitor depths.
What size computer does the cocktail

How is the monitor held into place in the cocktail table kit?
Because every monitor is a different size we cannot provide a universal
monitor mount. However, our shelf system can adjust to the height
of your monitor. If your monitor has a flat back it should stay
in place as long as the table isn’t shaken.
Can I use a real arcade monitor?
Yes, our kits fit a Wells Gardner 19 inch arcade monitor. You
can mount it using a 2x6. We can provide you directions on how
to mount this monitor. Our pre-built systems include real arcade
monitors.
Can I get the table without the side art?
The side art is not preinstalled. It is made out of PVC and can be
self-installed or left off.
Can you customize my cocktail table?
Our tables are all built to the same specifications. However, we
can do some customization work. Please call or e-mail us with your request
and we’ll let you know if we can do it and what the cost
will be.

how do I get help?
Simply e-mail: support@dreamarcades.com. We provide e-mail support
during regular business hours as well as limited afterhours and
weekend support. We answer most support questions within 24 hours,
many in a few hours. If we cannot fix your problem via e-mail we
will give you a case# and details for calling customer support.
What if I can’t
resolve my problem via e-mail?
If we cannot fix your problem via e-mail we will give you a case number
and details for calling customer support or have a support tech call
you.
Do I need my keyboard to use the table?
No, you can use the control panel to select, play and exit games.
You will only need the keyboard to add more games and make configuration
changes.
Can I customize the keyboard layout?
Yes, we use the fully programmable Ultimarc mini-pac in all our tables.
This controller is fully programmable via the included utility.
If you have a working computer and know how to
use it we can help
you setup MAME to play your favorite classic games. The software
included with each of our tables is designed to be easy to setup
and use.
Are MAME ROM’s
legal and where can I find them?
Just like Mp3’s not all ROM files are legal to download. Dream Arcades cannot provide legal advice on ROMs
or other
copyright issues. You can be rest assured that all the game
ROMs
we sell with our tables are legal and licensed. We suggest using
Google to search for additional games to add, but when in question we
recommend avoiding questionable ROMs.
There are many other sources for classic arcade games, such as
Midway Arcade Treasures, Capcom Coin-op collection, & Atari Anniversary
Edition. If you are having trouble finding arcade game collections just
e-mail us.
What are MAME ROMS?
Arcade games for MAME are commonly called ROMS. ROMS actually
contain the data downloaded from the original arcade. Because of
this they play just like the original arcade games.
Do MAME ROMS play just like the original arcade games?
With very few exceptions MAME ROMS play exactly like the original
arcade games. You can successfully use the same strategy on Centipede
you did as a kid, or the same strategy to beat other games.
Can I play non-MAME games on my Arcade?
Yes, you can play most arcade style games on your arcade system.
Some games like The Sims require a mouse and even with the trackball
add-on don’t play well on the arcade. There are many other
sources for classic arcade games, such as; Midway Arcade Treasures,
Capcom Coin-op collection, & Atari anniversary edition. If you are
having trouble finding arcade game collections just e-mail us.
Can I customize the computer system when I order the complete arcade?
Yes, for an additional fee we can customize your computer anyway
you wish. This usually adds additional time to set up
and ship your arcade.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we have shipped as far as Antarctica. However, shipping costs to foreign countries
can be prohibitive.
This makes international shipping impractical for most.
Why don’t you
ship to Canada?
We do ship to Canada. Unfortunately, US shipping companies such as
DHL or UPS
charge $200 or more to ship to Canada. Because of this we don’t normally
ship to Canada. However, you can email us for a custom
shipping quote and we would be happy to provide you with a custom
shipping quote.
How long will it take to get my table?
We try to keep each of our arcades in stock. Most tables ship within
5-10 business days from when the order is received. If we are
experiencing a high number of orders it may longer. If you need your
arcade for a special event or occasion, please call us before
ordering to confirm we can fulfill your request. Shipment to beyond
points (rural locations, islands, etc) can take an extra day or two to
reach their destination.
What if my arcade gets damaged during shipment?
Each arcade is shipped in a custom triple-wall box with over an inch
of padding. When your arcade arrives, you have ten minutes after
delivery to inspect it and note any damage. If you can't inspect the
arcade, or see any damage to the box, list "possible damage" on the
airbill. All tables are fully insured, so in
the unlikely event that your table is damaged we will handle the
claim. The customer may be required to work with the shipping
company to arrange for pickup of the arcade.
Can I order a coin door with my arcade system or kit?
Currently we do not offer a coin door add-on for our tables. However,
we have had a few customers add coin doors after purchase.
Do I need to configure the software to use the trackball?
The trackballs on our arcades are preconfigured. The trackball works as
a mouse and there’s
no configuration required.
Does the
trackball work on head-to-head games?
On the cocktail arcade, the trackball mounts on the side control panel
and therefore only works on horizontally orientated games.
