Dream Arcades Donation request form.
As part of our continuing commitment to the communities we serve Dream Arcades is pleased to give 10% of its proceeds to charities. This form is for charitable organizations that wish to be considered for this program and is only for arcade and kit donations.  We do not accept solicitations for cash donations, which are only given to organizations we have an ongoing relationship with.
Please fill out the form as completely as possible. Please note due to the high number of requests and limited number of arcades we regret that we may not be able to respond to every request we receive.
